Child Care Daily Routine

Each child's day follows their natural rhythm, blending individualized care, safe exploration, and warm, responsive interactions that promote both comfort and healthy development.

Classroom Experience

Our peaceful, homelike classrooms provide safe spaces for movement, discovery, and rest, all guided by compassionate guides who support every moment of your child's learning.

Our Montessori Infant Program

Choosing care for your baby is one of the most important and most emotional decisions you'll make for your child.

You may wonder if your little one will feel safe, understood, and truly cared for, and we're here to reassure you. Our Montessori infant program is designed to give parents peace of mind while supporting the rapid development that happens during a child's first year and a half of life. From day one, your baby is welcomed into a calm, homelike environment with thoughtfully arranged materials that invite safe exploration. Because infants grow and learn at such an extraordinary pace, our infant program is purposefully designed to nurture every milestone, helping your child develop with confidence and joy.

Studies have shown that students who attended Montessori schools showed brain activity that was more connected and more stable than that of students in traditional schools, according to Nature.com.

From 6 Weeks to 16 Months: Development Support For Every Stage

Your baby is learning and growing every single day, and our infant program is designed to surround them with warmth, safety, and meaningful experiences. From 6 weeks to 16 months, our Montessori guides create a nurturing environment where your baby can move freely, develop early motor skills, and build a foundation of trust and confidence.

Sensory Exploration for Your Baby

Your baby is invited to explore soft fabrics, natural textures, and toys with gentle shapes that stimulate healthy brain development. These sensory moments help your little one feel comforted as they discover their world with curiosity and fun.

Freedom of Movement & Growing Coordination

Our Montessori infant program gives your baby plenty of safe floor space to roll, reach, crawl, and eventually pull up using low bars designed for early physical coordination. This freedom allows your little one to meet different developmental milestones as outlined by the CDC guide, build balance, strength, and body awareness in a calm, supportive environment.

Fine Motor Skills That Grow With Your Baby

Your baby will practice early fine motor skills by grasping rings, exploring small containers, and handling simple toys. These activities help strengthen hand-eye coordination and give your child a growing sense of control.

Early Language Foundations for Your Little One

Language blossoms naturally as our guides name objects, sing gently, and read simple picture books throughout the day. These warm interactions help your baby recognize sounds, practice early vocal play, and feel deeply understood.

Practical Life: Early Independence Begins Here

With gentle guidance, your baby starts trying simple tasks like helping return toys to baskets or exploring early self-feeding with soft utensils. These small activities help your little one feel capable and proud, building the foundation for independence.

Emotional Security & Social Connection for Your Baby

Your baby is comforted by consistent routines, gentle eye contact, and soothing responses that help them feel safe. Simple turn-taking games and soft social cues support healthy emotional development and early relationships.

Cognitive Growth & Problem-Solving for Your Child

Your little one will explore materials that encourage understanding, such as object permanence boxes, simple puzzles, and open-and-close tools. These activities build concentration, early problem-solving, and a growing awareness of shapes, space, and cause-and-effect.

Care of Self & Environment With Gentle Support

Your baby will participate in small routines like brushing hair with guidance or wiping a tiny spill during play. These early moments help them develop self-awareness, confidence, and understanding of their surroundings.

Peaceful Rhythms Designed Around Your Baby

Your baby follows their own natural rhythm for feeding, resting, and exploring, which helps their day feel predictable and comforting. Soft transitions and gentle sensory cues help your little one feel secure as they move through each part of their day.

Prepared Spaces That Support Your Baby's Growth

Our infant classroom is arranged with low shelves, soft mats, mirrors, and toys chosen to support your baby's age and stage. Every detail is designed to be safe and inviting, giving your child the freedom to begin learning through movement and exploration.

The admin and staff are incredibly welcoming to parents, siblings, and students. They know how to calm fears and empower students to be brave. The students seem happy to be at school and ours has quickly found staff they know they can trust to play with and keep them safe. It has created a family-type environment where students can be found tending to their friends when one is sad or hurt too, a trait they undoubtedly learned from the Woodpark Burnsville staff! It is easy to reach admin when questions arise and it is obvious how valued they make the staff feel; celebrating birthdays, sharing milestones, or highlighting the work they do. We are glad to know our student has teachers who feel valued for the wonderful work they do! We would not trade our experience at Woodpark for anything and specifically sought out their facility for our needs because of the special way they connect with our student.

We love Woodpark Montessori! Everyone, and I truly mean EVERYONE, at the Burnsville location is so warm, kind, thoughtful, and caring! They have become like a family to us and our boys, to the point that my children don't want to go home with me sometimes and would cling onto their teach or would cry if their teacher walked away. We so very much love and appreciate Misty and all the teachers for how much they've cared and supported our boys' development from 4 months old until now.

The staff at the Burnsville location feel like family, truthfully. Although there seems to be high turnover on the newer staff, the “OG” staff from when we started my daughter as an infant (5 years ago) remain consistent. It’s challenging to find a team that you truly trust with your baby, but we found that team at the Burnsville site. While all the staff seem to be fantastic, we’ve had amazing experiences with current staff including Miss Misty, Miss Danny, Miss Taylor, Miss Brittany, and Miss Alexis. We’ve also had amazing experiences with the staff who have left, including Miss Danica, Mr. Hadari, and Mr. Brandon. As a helicopter parent, I feel very safe with my child in the hands of these specific staff members. The facilities could use an upgrade, however. It was communicated that playground would be updated with the Endeavor buy-out but that hasn’t happened. In addition, I’d be hopeful that the lead teachers have some sort of classroom budget for lessons (specifically the preschool classrooms), I’m unsure if that’s true. Also considering the high turnover rate, I’d suspect the staff are disproportionately paid for the amount of value they add to the lives of every Endeavor family. Although the salary of US educators is a systemic problem, perhaps the Endeavor organization could consider other monetary recognition (bonuses, monthly “top teacher”, etc) or offer a “holiday bonus” option to families on top of tuition near the end of the year. Overall, my child has learned so much with the teachers at Endeavor, we’d highly recommend it to loved ones!

I love the closeness we get at Burnsville Woodpark. All the teachers know my son, even if they are not in his room and we feel so welcome everyday. Walking down the hall and saying good morning to every one we come in contact with just feels homey and comfortable. I also love seeing the progress my son has made at Burnsville Woodpark! His confidence has increased, his abilities in all facets are strengthening, and it seems he comes home with some new skill or story every day.

We don’t have enough good things to say about Woodpark. They GENUINELY care about our children and their wellbeing. I love to brag about my kids and Woodpark- I do have smart kids but there is no way they would be at the same place developmentally if they were home with me. I’m so proud of the little people Woodpark is helping me raise. It’s such a good place and they really cater to children as individuals. It’s amazing. And the staff- don’t even get me started on how wonderful they are.
